Due to the varying particle sizes of its individual components (aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum powder), even the smallest gaps in the carrier material (matrix) can be filled with thermally conductive particles. This is especially true for the surfaces (top and bottom) of the Minus Pad extreme 2, where the optimized material composition offers low thermal interface resistance and promotes optimal heat transfer.
