I bought this for my Lian Li A4H2O build because I wanted the highest performance I could get without proprietary software or unicorn vomit RGB. I appreciate the no-nonsense styling and use of standard connectors. Performance wise, it does about as well as I could hope for in such a cramped, airflow restricted case. Keeps my 5900X below 75C during a full CPU workload.
The bulky custom-style fittings make it a tight fit in such a tiny case, but I did manage to just about cram everything inside. If you have a more typical case, you shouldn't have a problem. Installing the water block was annoying, you have to stack a series of springs and washers onto a screw, and I kept losing them inside my case while trying to get the thread started. Maybe this is normal for the custom water cooling world, but it was a pain as a first timer.
The included fans do the job, but they're very loud even at idle. After one gaming session I opened it back up and replaced them with a couple of Noctuas I had lying around. Made no difference to temperature, and now it's quieter under load than it was at idle with the original fans. I don't notice any pump noise even with my ear right next to the case.
On the whole I'd recommend this AIO if you're after something that puts function first, but I would definitely invest in better fans if you don't happen to have a stockpile from previous builds like I do.
