1/8" Countersunk Rivets
Countersunk rivets sit flush with the panel instead of standing proud of it, which is what you want on a surface that has to stay flat: a side panel, a motherboard tray, or anywhere a domed head would foul something mounted on top.

Flush means the hole has to be countersunk first with a chamfer bit. Set a countersunk rivet into a plain drilled hole and the head still stands proud, just less obviously.
