The Alphacool Power Button Body - Deep Black is an aluminum body in deep black with a 19 mm hole that holds an anti vandal switch as the power button of a PC. It is the body only: the switch and the cable are not in the box. The same body comes in chrome.

What it is for
Alphacool, which calls itself the world renowned water cooling manufacturer, offers the Powerbutton as a new simple solution to start your PC fast and easy. Most computers are under or on the side of your desk, and in this position the start button is sometimes difficult to reach. Modders also usually like to remove the start buttons or reposition them differently to create something far nicer.
What the build needs
All you need is a switch with a 19 mm thread, which goes into the hole of the body. The extensive selection of anti vandal switches gives you the freedom to choose your color and design completely: ours are in the 19mm momentary vandal resistant switches section. Furthermore, the build takes a suitable cable, which you can connect to the switch and your mainboard. Here we recommend, as Alphacool does, its Powerbutton/Button connection cable with a length of 2 or 3 m, and we stock the 2 m cable in black.
