How it cuts
Alphacool says this is not an ordinary saw like the ones you find in hardware stores, and that its very special saw blade makes it especially suitable for acrylic/PETG pipes. When you first start, the fine teeth cut into the acrylic so cleanly that the blade no longer slides back and forth. This blade cuts so efficiently that it virtually eliminates jumping, resulting in clean, precise cuts every time. It also prevents tearing or breaking of the tubes on the final passes, the last strokes, ensuring a smooth cut from start to finish.
A thin blade tends to go more and more slanted with each stroke when you want a straight cut, the traditional problem this one counteracts. Alphacool describes it as just thick enough not to get into an angle, but still thin enough to get a precise cut. With it you can saw neatly right up to the last move. An ergonomic handle ensures comfort with extended use.
What a run needs
