Details
The Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper X-Flow 360mm Radiator is a 360 mm radiator for three 120 mm fans, 30 mm thick. It is the X-Flow type: the water goes in on one side and leaves on the other. It measures 413 x 124 x 30 mm and has M3 fan threads and four G1/4 connections.

Full copper
Alphacool says the new NexXxoS radiators are the first to truly deserve the "Full copper" attribute. Not only the fins and channels but the chambers also are made from copper, which covers all main parts. Alphacool claims this brings an improvement in performance where other radiators are left without a chance.
X-Flow
In structure, Alphacool's X-Flow Radiators differentiate materially from the standard radiators: they are designed for high flow rates. There is a beveled copper chamber on each of the two sides, and both have an identical structure. Water jetting through all available channels at the same time reaches the other chamber, and from this chamber it then leaves the radiator.
Ports and mounting
Versatile and easy mounting is one of the main points on which the research and development department at Alphacool focused. On the thicker radiators of the series the chamber offers three possibilities for fitting installation on both inlet and outlet (not on the NexXxoS ST30). Where they exist, less angled fittings are needed, improving flow rates and offering more mounting possibilities.
Fans and screws
Here, too, Alphacool provides the X-Flow type in the popular sizes of the 120mm series. The different thicknesses of 30mm, 45mm and 60 mm underscore the broad spectrum that these radiators cover. Mounting and installation of fans and radiator grills is meant to be just as easy and versatile with these radiators. M3 threads are standard in the radiator sector, and M3 screws are available in all lengths at an affordable price. Even the dreaded insertion of a screw too far into the radiator does not result in expensive damage. Unlike other radiators, the series is equipped with an internal protective ledge which stops the screw before it damages the fins.
Fin spacing
Fin spacing is always an important factor in radiator design, and this radiator has 16 fins per inch. According to Alphacool, the fin design of the new series allows it to perform extremely well even with slow-spinning and medium-speed fans. Thanks to that design it avoids unnecessary noise, a fact Alphacool calls pleasant, and it also means that the choice of fans that can be used is not restricted.
The NexXxoS range
Alphacool introduces the new NexXxoS radiators as "a name that stands for experience and quality" that has come to bring a fresh breeze to the radiator market. Its argument: every user of a water cooling system needs a radiator, and everyone has different requirements toward the heat exchanger. Of course, it adds, the customer always demands the best in its class. Alphacool says these radiators have come to compete with and to beat the best in their class, and to be the best radiator in all sizes. In its words there are no more endless choices without a clear class leader: the range is "the one tool for all your cooling needs". Alphacool also says it has been the company to introduce new developments and improvements in the radiator and water cooling sector generally many times over the last years. Following this tradition, it presents the radiators as the result of experience and powerful performance meeting future-oriented design and well-thought through solutions.
What the loop needs
Two of the four G1/4 connections are used, one as inlet and one as outlet, so the radiator takes two fittings. It takes three 120 mm fans on M3 threads, and mounting hardware is in the box.
The next thickness up in this fan size and type is the NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper X-Flow 360mm Radiator.

Notes
- Alphacool asks that the radiator be used only in conjunction with clear, transparent water cooling fluids. It warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. That can also result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
