The Alphacool Molex Extractor Kit Pro - Black is a set of five tools for removing pins from Molex (4-pin) plugs and fan plugs (3 and 4-pin), as well as ATX/PCie plugs (4-24 pin). It holds one female tool, two male tools, one ATX tool and one sleeving needle.

Removing terminals
The common terminals (pins) of these connectors are held in the plug housing by clips, which Alphacool also calls protruding retaining brackets. If a pin has to come out, one of the tools can be pushed over it. The tool helps to push back the clips holding the pin, so that it can be pulled out again.
Sleeving
The kit also contains a cord shell, the sleeving needle, which Alphacool's page calls a wire sleeve. You can slide the end of a cable to be sleeved into it and then easily pull the sleeve over it. Cable sleeve is in our sleeving section.
