The Alphacool ES Hose Teflon/PA/TPV 8/5mm - Black - 3m is soft tubing with a 5 mm inner and 8 mm outer diameter, 3 m in the pack. It is made of Teflon (PTFE), polyamide (PA) and thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in matte black. The ES hose is optimized for use in data centers, workstations and industrial cooling systems.

Resistance
Alphacool says the robust construction ensures not only exceptional durability but also exceptional resistance. The hose offers high resistance to acids, bases and a wide range of aggressive substances that can occur in industrial or scientific environments. External influences such as heat, humidity or mechanical stress hardly affect how it performs. Alphacool says these properties make the ES Teflon/PA/TPV hose a sustainable and cost-effective solution for continuous use.
Temperature
Alphacool's text calls the hose significantly more temperature-resistant and says it allows operating temperatures well above 100 °C. Its table of technical data lists 100 °C (212 °F) as the maximum operating temperature. Even at higher water temperatures the hose remains dimensionally stable, which prevents it from warping in places with tighter bend radii or connections.
Laying it
The construction also gives the hose high dimensional stability, so kinks or deformations are effectively reduced, ensuring a consistent coolant flow in any operating situation. At the same time it stays flexible enough to be easily installed even in tight server racks or complex workstation setups.
