The Alphacool Eiszapfen Quick Release Male G1/4 AG - Chrome is the male half (the plug) of a quick release fitting with a G1/4 external thread, one piece per pack. It is the plug alone: a full quick release also takes the coupling, for example the female half with G1/4 AG in Chrome.

High Compatibility
Alphacool says the Eiszapfen are compatible with all components, as they have a G1/4 external thread. They connect exactly where you need them, on radiators, reservoirs and pump tops. You can also use them on other suitable connection points. "Nothing can stop your ideas!" is Alphacool's line for it.
Individual, like your system
The Male and Female connectors are separate, so for the first time you decide whether you need only the plug, the coupling or both. Thanks to that, you can add the fittings to your existing system or build a new one. Alphacool's invitation here is to let your water cooling be special.
No Drip - No Splash - No Leak
The series relies on N.D.S.L. technology, which Alphacool calls proven. It gives you the freedom to uncouple your running system without letting it drip. Alphacool also says the new quick release fittings make your water cooling loop more practical and easier to modify, and turn your normal water cooling system into a high-flow system.

The fittings are made of brass, which Alphacool calls high-quality, in two colors, Chrome or Deep Black. This one is Chrome.
