High Compatibility

Alphacool says the Eiszapfen are compatible with all components, as they have a ¼'' external thread. That lets you connect them exactly where you need them. Use them on radiators, reservoirs, pump tops or other suitable connection points. Alphacool closes the point with "Nothing can stop your ideas!"

Individual, like your system

For the first time, according to Alphacool, you decide whether you only need the plug, the coupling or both. Thanks to the separate connectors you can add an Eiszapfen to your existing system or build a new one. Alphacool's line for this is "Let your water cooling be special!"

No Drip - No Splash - No Leak

Alphacool relies on what it calls the proven N.D.S.L. technology for its Eiszapfen series. It gives you the freedom to uncouple your running system without letting it drip. Alphacool also says the new quick release fittings make a water cooling loop more practical and easier to modify, and that they turn your normal water cooling system into a high-flow system.

High-quality Materials

The Eiszapfen are made of what Alphacool calls high-quality brass and come in two colors, Chrome or Deep Black. This half is the Deep Black one.

What the loop needs

Details: the half runs from a G1/4 external thread to the quick release female side. The thread screws into a G1/4 port on the component. Male halves and complete kits are in our quick disconnect fittings section.
