The Alphacool Eiswasser - Premixed Coolant - Crystal Green - UV Reactive - 1000ml is a ready-mixed green coolant for PC water cooling, 1000ml, that reacts to UV light. It is a ready mix and goes into the loop undiluted. The same color without the UV effect is the Crystal Green.

Color and UV
If you're looking to add some illumination to your PC, this is the UV version of the Crystal Series. Alphacool says it has excellent UV-reactivity with UV-LEDs or cathodes. Its technical data list both the color and the UV ink as green.
The Crystal Series
Alphacool, which calls itself a water cooling pioneer, says Eiswasser is checking off every modder and enthusiast's wish list. That list reads: brilliant colors, cool effects in plexi coolers, tubing and reservoirs, as well as a long lifespan and material compatibility. According to Alphacool the series has been tested in every possible application, both in its own lab and by external testers and modders. It says the coolant was proven to be high-quality and long-lasting, and that it gives your water cooling system an extra visual highlight with great cooling performance.
Features
The coolant is made for long-term use, with excellent thermal conductivity and very low electrical conductivity. It is compatible with most synthetic materials, e.g. PVC, NBR, Acetal, Plexiglas and Nylon. The same goes for most metals, e.g. copper, silver, nickel and brass. It holds no hazardous materials, so there is no labeling obligation under the CLP regulation.
What the loop needs
Nothing is added to this coolant. Alphacool calls it essential to avoid adding other biocides or anti-corrosion fluids, and to avoid diluting the fluid with distilled water. Otherwise, it says, the basic and coordinated properties of the fluid will be lost. More colors are in our colored liquid section.
Notes
- This cooling liquid does not contain any biocides or anti-corrosion additives.
- Alphacool notes that the loop must be cleaned more frequently with a colored liquid like this one. The dyes it contains can clog the circuit after a long period of use and impair cooling performance.
- For that reason Alphacool calls its Eiswasser series more suitable for use in show cases than in gaming or work PCs.
- Additional note on the dye: due to the intensity of the colors here, clothing and other materials that come into contact with the color may be stained. Please take care not to spill during use.
