The grip

The integrated silicone surface on the outer grip area is a key feature of the series. It provides a better grip when tightening the extension by hand and noticeably facilitates installation, especially in confined spaces. Alphacool says this not only makes the job more convenient but also offers greater control.

Brass and coating

The body is made of brass, which gives the fittings high stability and durability. This is complemented by a black coating that protects against chipping. Alphacool calls coating and workmanship high-quality and says the finish further emphasizes the series' sophisticated character. In Alphacool's words, the precise manufacturing ensures a reliable seal within the cooling loop and the extension is designed for high-flow performance within the system.

The modular system

Apex Grip fittings utilize a modular system. It enables flexible and customized connection solutions for modern custom water cooling systems and, at the same time, allows for versatile applications and adaptation to individual setups. Combined with the elegant design in the distinctive Apex style and the comfortable handling, Alphacool calls the series the ideal choice for demanding systems. Alphacool also calls it the perfect choice for anyone who places particular emphasis on handling and an elegant appearance in their custom loop.

What a run needs

The male thread screws into a G1/4 port, and the female side takes the next G1/4 fitting, 20 mm further out. Other fittings of this length are in our 20mm extension fittings section.
